The Make Code Game Design class is a Computer Science elective class open to middle school students. Students may take this course multiple terms. Are you ready to embark on an awesome journey into the world of retro arcade games? Grab your joysticks and get ready to level up your coding skills because we’re about to explore the incredible world of Microsoft MakeCode Arcade! Students develop storyline concepts, and learn game mechanics by designing levels, characters, and musical scores. They then test and debug their games and load working prototypes onto the arcade break-out board for on-the-go gaming.
