Create a Legacy

How to Continue a Legacy with Parker School

We are grateful for your generosity that makes a Parker School education available to hundreds of students in our community every year. You can continue the generosity of Richard Smart whose bequest has allowed Parker School to thrive! Those who provide gifts through their estate plans or bequests become members of our highly valued Richard Smart Society in his honor.

As a service to our community, we’re offering a free and valuable tool to create a legally binding will on our website. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Advancement Department at 808-885-8709 or advancement@parkerschoolhawaii.org.

Begin Your Legacy with Us

To help you get started on your plans and legacy, you can use FreeWill, an online tool that guides you through the process of creating a legally valid will or trust. It’s easy to use, accessible online and can be completed in 20 minutes. You can use this resource on its own to document your wishes before finalizing your plans with an attorney.

Non-probate assets

Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will? If so, these are called non-probate assets and you must plan your beneficiaries for them separately. You can use this online tool to make your plans and even designate Parker School as a full or partial beneficiary of one or more of these assets.
