Ms. Frogley holds an associate’s degree in business and received her paralegal certificate from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to relocating with her family to the Big Island in 2002, Ms. Frogley served as a paralegal in Orange County, California. She joined the Parker School ‘ohana as the parent of a kindergartener in 2007 and aided the school’s fundraising efforts for several years as Parker’s Advancement Associate. After serving as Legal Clerk III for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for Hawaii County from 2012-2015, she returned to Parker to coordinate the school’s capital campaign for the new Center for Sports, Science, and the Arts. Her son Sean, a lifelong Parker Bull, graduated in 2020 and is now pursuing a degree in New Zealand. Ms. Frogley enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. “I’m thrilled to be a part of a team so committed to making Parker School even better. Writing the grants and raising money for the new facilities is truly gratifying and I can’t wait for our students to enjoy them,” says Ms. Frogley.
