Uluwehi joined Parker School in 2023. She attended Hawaiʻi Pacific University, as well as Kapiʻolani Community College in pursuit of furthering her education in the medical field. She has worked side by side with medical doctors specializing in Women’s Health, as well as fertility specialists. Uluwehi also had the opportunity to work for Easter Seals Hawaiʻi, a non-profit establishment that specializes in working with children who have special needs, as their administrative assistant. Aunty Uluwehi, as students call her, moved to Big Island from Oʻahu with her husband and four kids in 2021. It has been a dream of hers to live in beautiful Waimea since she was a child. Uluwehi shares, “Now my keiki will have the opportunity to be raised on this beautiful ʻaina.” She added, “My biggest accomplishments are my keiki and I am a heartwarming mama bear at best. I enjoy being a constant leader alongside my husband in bringing joy to our ‘ohana. We live life to the fullest and are involved in many sports activities.”
