Molly joined Parker School in 2023 and is an experienced educator who holds a master of science in education degree from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in independent and boarding school teaching. Additionally, Molly holds a bachelor of education degree from the University of British Columbia with a concentration in IB-MYP English and drama education, and a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of British Columbia in English literature and theatre production and design. Molly has held various teaching positions in prestigious independent schools across the US and Canada, including most recently as an upper school English teacher at Hawaiʻi Preparatory Academy, varsity swim coach, and one of the school’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging co-coordinators. Additionally, Molly also served as a teaching fellow at Northfield Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts, an upper school English teacher at Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School in Pennsylvania, and as an associate faculty member at Collingwood School in Vancouver, Canada. Molly is pursuing a doctorate in education at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and shares, “My goal is to continue to strive for excellence, model lifelong learning for students, and to give back to my new community.”
