Ms. Schuster joined the Parker School ‘ohana in 2021 and has been supporting young people for over 15 years. Her experience includes serving as a social emotional learning coordinator, language arts teacher, and college counselor at the Honolulu Waldorf School. Additionally, she worked in the Punahou social wellness department, as teaching artist for Honolulu Theater for youth, and as a teacher at Cross Cultural Dialogue Through the Arts in NYC. Mrs. Schuster holds a masters of education in community arts and multicultural education from Lesley University in MA. She also received training as an instructor for Roots of Empathy, an experiential emotional literacy program, and as a Solution Coach for No Bully, a conflict resolution program. Ms. Schuster lives in Pa’auilo with her husband and two children, one of whom attends Parker School. She likes to take their dog Kuba on long walks, drink tea by the fire, and spend time with her friends and family. Mrs. Schuster shares, “I am delighted to be supporting Parker students and the well-being of the Parker School community as a whole.”
