Ellie Leach

PAU After-School Program Director and Snack Shop Coordinator

Ms. Leach joined Parker School in 2025. With a background in early childhood education, Ms. Leach is passionate about guiding students and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development by creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Prior to joining Parker, she served as a lead teacher at both the Montessori Education Center of Hawai’i and Montessori Academy in Idaho, where she specialized in nurturing peaceful, child-centered environments. Ms. Leach holds a bachelor of science degree in sociology from Brigham Young University–Idaho and has completed Montessori training with a focus on ages 3 to 6 years old and emotional development.
