Hawaiʻi Volcano National Park protects some of the most unique geological, biological, and cultural landscapes in the world. It’s a sacred place to the Hawaiian people and home to the world’s largest active volcano. Stay OVERNIGHT in rustic cabins at Namakanipaio Campground and be ready for extensive hiking to explore this amazing place. Because Kilauea has been active and could erupt on these dates, this activity may not be appropriate for students with asthma or other respiratory concerns
